Directed by Beppe Finessi, the book Fare Luce, like the editorial project Inventario before it, doesn’t discuss Foscarini through its collection but instead presents content and cultural perspectives that express the company’s DNA. A book like a theorem, aligning Foscarini’s desire to create and promote culture with the central subject of its work: light.
Fare Luce—two simple and essential words—perfectly encapsulate the Foscarini universe in all its expressions. “Fare,” (Doing, making, shedding) which implies action, production, and creation, combined with “luce” (light)—the concept, starting point, and ultimate goal of the company’s work—becomes “fare luce,” encompassing all the meanings tied to discovery, exploration, the desire to understand, and to reveal.
